I currently accept payment via PayPal (Please Note: You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with your visa/mastercard through paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account).
Shipping
Shipments are made via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. (for US destination only).
For IN STOCK items, I try to ship your item within 2-3 business days after payment ( NO Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
Please allow up to 10-14 days for delivery of custom ordered items since all of my merchandises are handmade unless in stock which will be indicated on the item description.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am dedicated to ensuring that everything you order is everything you expected it to be! If your order fails to meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible BEFORE you return the item.
-3 Day Return Policy
Returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition and sent back within 3 days of receiving your order. I cannot honor refunds/exchanges/store credits for any merchandise purchased that is sent back to me after 3 days of receipt, has been used, and is not in its original, new condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping & handling charges of returning the merchandise to me. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the merchandise.
**For your protection, I suggest you send your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. I am not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping to me.
